Where we deliver

We deliver throughout Jordan, and can ship internationally to selected destinations. If you are ordering from outside Jordan, the checkout will confirm whether we can reach you before you pay.

Delivery times

Delivery times quoted anywhere on this site are estimates, not guarantees. They vary with courier operations, weather, public holidays and other things outside our control.

We will always tell you when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery charges

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your destination and the value of your order. The exact charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay — there is never a delivery cost added afterwards.

Your address

Please check your delivery details before confirming. You are responsible for the accuracy of the address and phone number you give us, and a delivery that fails because of incorrect details may need to be re-sent at additional cost.

When responsibility passes

Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been delivered to you or to the person you nominated to receive it.
