These terms

By browsing this site or placing an order you accept these terms. Please read them before you buy. If there is anything you do not agree with, contact us before ordering.

Products and descriptions

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so colours may appear slightly different from the product itself. All products we sell are genuine and sourced from the brands or their authorised distributors.

Cosmetics and fragrance are personal — check the ingredient list if you have known sensitivities, and patch-test new skincare before full use.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Jordanian Dinar and include applicable tax. Delivery is calculated separately at checkout, so you always see the total before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. If a product turns out to be unavailable, or we spot a pricing error, we may decline the order and will refund you in full.

To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible — we can usually help if it has not yet been dispatched.

Delivery

We deliver across Jordan. Orders within Amman normally arrive in 1-2 working days and elsewhere in Jordan in 2-4 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct — we cannot be responsible for orders that fail because the details given were wrong.

Returns and refunds

Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened cosmetics or fragrance unless the product is faulty or was sent in error.

If something is faulty or wrong, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take a further 5-10 working days to show them.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account we believe is being used fraudulently.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access areas you are not authorised to use, scrape it automatically, or copy our images and text for commercial use without permission.

Intellectual property

The Ulya Beauty name, logo, site design, photography and copy belong to us or our licensors. Product names and brand logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell.

Our responsibility

We stand behind what we sell and nothing in these terms limits your rights under Jordanian consumer law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Jordan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
